11 May 2023: Reference is made to the announcement made by Refuels N.V. ("ReFuels" or the “Company", OSE ticker code "REFL") on 28 April 2023, regarding the Company's intention to have its shares admitted to trading on Euronext Growth Oslo on or about 12 May 2023 (the "Admission to Trading").
